Meals

All baby feeds are prepared in our milk kitchen when required. Milk prepared from home and brought to the centre is also kept in the milk kitchen in the fridge. As babies are weaned they will gradually be introduced to solid food in accordance with parents' instructions.

Little Steps has a fully equipped and certified kitchen which prepares both breakfast and lunch time meals on a daily basis. Menus are prepared per term and are available from the school office.  

We believe that meal times are a good opportunity to develop independent skills such as using cutlery, sitting at the table to eat and drink, with an emphasis on good manners and courteous behaviour.

All food supplied by the nursery is nutritious and wholesome and prepared each day by the nursery cook. We cater for food intolerances, allergies and multi cultural diets.
